One of the projects the division does twice per year is to sponsor community education classes at the city’s Com-Ed program. Registered students receive a 12″ X 24″ T-Trak module for ‘N’ gauge size trains. All of the supplies needed to build their own module are supplied by the DSED division. They build their own module during the 4-week, one night per week course restricted only by their own imagination. This class is held twice per year. Over the years we have seen every age imaginable take part. Some come as individuals, others are parents and children, while others are grandparents and grandchildren. It’s a great investment in activities to build one’s knowledge, family time together, or just for a fun time!!!
