Interested in learning more about model railroading and how to build a module with track and scenery. The Dakota Southeastern Division, DSED, model railroad club is holding a 4-week session on this very topic. During the class, participants will add track, wiring and scenery to a 2-foot module that is theirs to keep after the session is completed. The first two classes are hands-on, glueing, painting and using your own imagination to build your own unique module. The third session is a tour of two of the instructors’ home model railroad layouts. The final session is a wrap up on any finishing touches the participants would like to complete. The modules are then connected together so we can run some model trains. Classes are through the Sioux Falls school districts Community Education class program, ComEd.
